For rent is a huge 5 bedroom unit in a 2 family home in one of St. John’s most expensive neighborhoods, Rendezvous & Ditliff. It has a brand new, amazing, infinity edge pool with integrated hot tub. It’s 7500+sqft of indoor/outdoor living space which is private for your group only.

Not everyone will need all 5 bedrooms so we offer flexible rates for smaller groups based # of bedrooms needed, the other bedrooms will remain locked but empty (no other guests). We have beds for a maximum of 10 adults and 6 kids, floorplan is further down.

The villa is of natural stone&concrete build with giant rooms and 11ft high ceilings and features spectacular views, a great breeze, a huge pool deck plus 3 giant ocean view patios and is only a quick easy 4-7min drive from town with easy access flat parking (no crazy steep driveway).

It has a full size gourmet kitchen and another kitchenette, the 2×2 bedrooms can be separated by a door so it also works great for 2 families that want to share and would like to have some privacy or families with older kids.

• No stairs 4 rooms are on one level and accessible from inside hallways (you do not have to step outside to get from one room to another or living room)
• Safe for younger kids as pool is one level down
• Expansive tropical garden with lots of palmtrees, hibiscus, ginger thomas, hawaiian ti, bourgainvilla, mango, papaya, guava, pomegrenate, avocado and giant cacti in the backyard.
• Bluetooth and/or airplay speakers in every room and pool area, apple tv in each bedroom

Is it expensive?

The owners live on the top floor and maintain the property and garden so we can offer quite reasonable rates.

Owners entrance is in the back up the hill and owners have own pool and hot tub.

To make this property affordable for smaller parties you can choose between 2, 3, 4, 5 bedrooms, the other bedrooms will remain locked but empty.

Thanks to smart build and amazing breeze the majority of guests is comfortable without A/C most of the year and our rates are based on night time / occasional A/C usage which allows for more reasonable rates (despite very high water and electricity costs for pool and hot tub).

If you require A/C to be permanently on please choose a property with central A/C in a location where permanent usage is priced in.

Our rates are much more affordable vs. our neighbours with similiar view  Mare Blue, Deja View and CinCin.

Our family spent a wonderful week at Rendezvous Breeze on St. John, USVI. The view from the house over Rendezvous Bay was amazing with clear, turquoise water, and pelicans diving after fish. We especially enjoyed the lower level area, complete with pool, lounge chairs, a wet bar, full bathroom with double showers, refrigerator, grill, and a fire pit. The beds on the main level were comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers with ice packs were provided for our daily outings to the beaches, which were within easy driving distance on winding roads. The owner, Petra, was always responsive to questions, and gave us lots of good advice about places to go on St. John. We enjoyed our stay so much, we would like to come back for another visit!

As all the other reiews say, this place has brilliant views. Lucy is very responsive. As all the places on St. John, use minimum electric and water. This place is very cool with the breezes and also there are no mosquitoes. The kitchen has a ton of stuff, odds and ends. Every coffee maker you can imagine. We were greeted with treats and a warm welcome. Would definitely recommend

Great location! Easy to get to Cruz Bay, Coral Bay and beaches. The view is amazing. The house stays cool and mosquito free because of the breeze. I highly recommend this as an alternative to an expensive resort. Lucy is a great host and will help you with whatever you need.

This place was great. Lucy was very responsive to our messages, the place was very clean when we got there and everything was as advertised. Lucy took the time to go through everything with us when we arrived and even met us at the market in town so we could follow her to the house! The view is absolutely amazing! Although there was construction going on outside the house on the upper levels it did not bother us at all. We are looking forward to coming back when it is finished. Overall we are very happy with our experience and recommend it highly if you’re looking to stay in the area! Thanks so much for providing a clean and beautiful place for us to stay. We really enjoyed how beautiful the interior was and how amazing the view is from the balcony!

This is a little slice of paradise! The view is really the most amazing part of the house other than the beautiful decor. You wake up every morning overlooking Cruz bay and get the most spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise. Even though you are Sharing he property with Lucy it is very big that if you would like privacy you definitely get it. Lucy was helpful in offering suggestions for places to go and gave us a new experience that I have never had in the four other times I visited. We got a local feel for the island and it was spectacular. Altogether this place was amazing. It is very close to town as well.
